FAQs

What is in a Kit Box?

4 large and 2 small UV lights, 20 glow tops/bibs, glow kit for your sport, glow markings, UV face paint and a disco ball.

How many players does it cover?

Every Kit Box comes with 20 glow tops/bibs. Netball comes with 14 position bibs. Extra glow tops/bibs are £3 each.

How much does it cost?

£250 per Kit Box, including postage both ways, plus a £100 refundable deposit. Extra courts or pitches are £150 each and extra days are £75 each. All prices include VAT.

Can I mix two sports?

Yes. Add a second sport to your booking for £100, for example dodgeball and netball. You can choose up to 2 sports per booking.

Do I need my own goals, nets or hoops?

Yes, you use your hall’s own goals, posts, nets and hoops. We bring the markings and kit that make them glow.

What do I need at the venue?

A space you can make dark, plug sockets for the UV lights and possibly extension leads. Basketball hoops need a ladder to fit the markings.

How does delivery work?

Your Kit Box arrives the day before your event. If you are at work during the day, we will agree a drop-off point with you. We deliver across England, Wales and mainland Scotland. The Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight are priced on request. See the areas we deliver to.

How do I send it back?

Send it back the next working day. Use the prepaid label and drop it at a parcel shop, or book a collection.

When do I get my deposit back?

As soon as the kit is back with us and checked.

Can I keep it for longer?

Yes. Extra days are £75 each, so schools can keep it for a full week of PE.

What if I need to cancel?

14 days or more before your hire date: full refund. 7 to 13 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund, but you can move your date once for free. Your £100 deposit is always returned if you cancel. See the hire agreement.

Can we use it to raise money?

Yes. Schools, PTFAs, charities, clubs and youth groups run glow nights as fundraisers. See our Fundraising page for ideas.
