How it works

1. Check your date

Use the Check availability form to tell us your sport, date and how many courts or pitches you need. We reply by email, usually within a day. Once we confirm, you pay the hire fee plus a £100 refundable deposit and sign the hire agreement.

2. We post it out

Your Kit Box arrives the day before your event, anywhere in the UK, with postage included. Out at work all day? We'll agree a drop-off point that suits you.

3. We bring the glow, you bring the court

You provide the hall or pitch, plus any goals, posts, nets or hoops. We provide the UV lights, glow kit and markings that make them light up. You may need extension leads, and a ladder for basketball hoops.

4. Lights out, game on

Plug in the UV lights, put out the markings, hand out the glow tops/bibs and face paint, then kill the lights and play.

5. Send it back the next working day

Pack everything back in the box and use the prepaid returns label. Drop it at a parcel shop on your way to work, or book a collection.

Your £100 deposit

Your deposit is refunded once the Kit Box is back with us and checked. Any deductions for missing or damaged kit are set out in the hire agreement.

The hire agreement

Every booking needs a signed hire agreement before we post your Kit Box. It covers hire dates, care of the kit, safe play, returns and cancellations.
