Hire agreement

Booking and payment

Your booking is confirmed once the hire fee and £100 deposit are paid and the hire agreement is signed.

Hire period

Your Kit Box arrives the day before your hire date. Send it back the next working day after your last hire day. Extra days are £75 each and are agreed when you book.

Looking after the kit

Keep the kit dry and use it only for the activity it was hired for. Use the UV lights as shown in the PDF instruction guide. Dodgeballs are yours to keep.

Safe play

You are responsible for your venue, supervising players and completing your own risk assessment.

Returns

Send everything back by the return date using the prepaid label, from a parcel shop or by booked collection.

Your deposit

Your £100 deposit is refunded once the kit is back and checked. Missing or damaged items, or late returns, may be deducted from it.

Cancellations

Cancel 14 days or more before your hire date: full refund of the hire fee. Cancel 7 to 13 days before: 50% refund. Cancel less than 7 days before: no refund, but you can move your booking to a new date once, free of charge. Your £100 deposit is always returned in full if you cancel.
